By browsing this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them from time to time, and the version published here is the one that applies.
What the content is
The pages here are general guidance written to help property owners and managers work out what a tree situation needs. They are written carefully, but they describe how this kind of work usually goes — not your tree, your property or your jurisdiction.
Nothing on this site is an arboricultural assessment, a legal opinion, a permitting determination or an insurance decision. Tree condition and site risk can only be judged in person. Do not treat anything here as a substitute for having someone stand at the base of the tree.
Requirements can vary by property and jurisdiction. Property owners should confirm current requirements with the relevant local authority before work begins.
No contract is formed by using the site
Browsing these pages does not create a contract, engage us, book anything or oblige either of us to anything. Work is agreed on the phone and on site, for a described scope at a described property. Where a scope has been agreed for a specific job, that agreement governs the work — not this website.
Descriptions of services on this site are illustrative of the kind of work we do. They are not an offer, and they do not commit us to a method, a timescale or a price for any particular property.
Photography on this site
The photographs used across the site are representative stock imagery illustrating the type of work described. They are not photographs of Fast Tree Removal projects, and they are captioned as such wherever they appear. Photographer credits are shown alongside the images.
